{"id":118975,"date":"2025-02-14T21:03:35","date_gmt":"2025-02-14T20:03:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/acao.it\/?post_type=eventi&#038;p=118975"},"modified":"2025-02-14T21:04:35","modified_gmt":"2025-02-14T20:04:35","slug":"varese-city-cup-ccv-and-italian-open-class-championship-2025","status":"publish","type":"eventi","link":"https:\/\/acao.it\/en\/sport-activities\/competitions-events\/varese-city-cup-ccv-and-italian-open-class-championship-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Varese City Cup (CCV) and Italian Open Class Championship 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The Aero Club Adele Orsi organizes the following speed races entered in the 2025 national sports calendar of the Aero Club of Italy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Varese City Cup &#8211; Walter Vergani Trophy (CCV)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Italian Open Class Championship<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">to be held May 11-17, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, the <strong>Varese City Cup for Amateur League (CCVLA)<\/strong> is also scheduled to be held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The CCV-TWV is a single class handicap race whose results will be valid for IGC Ranking. Italian National category pilots and foreign pilots can participate in the CCV. Pilots of Italian nationality registered in the CCV are also automatically registered in the Open Italian Championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The name of the CCV winner will be written on the <strong>Walter Vergani Trophy<\/strong> that will remain with the ACAO and will be given outright to the pilot who should win 3 consecutive editions of the CCV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Registration is now open and can be done directly online using the form accessible from the link opposite.
