{"id":27368,"date":"2015-06-10T08:58:32","date_gmt":"2015-06-10T06:58:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/acao.it\/?p=27368"},"modified":"2022-03-02T12:31:12","modified_gmt":"2022-03-02T11:31:12","slug":"italian-championship-ends-in-farrara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/acao.it\/en\/blog-en\/italian-championship-ends-in-farrara\/","title":{"rendered":"Italian championship ends in Farrara"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-4871\" src=\"https:\/\/acao.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/841-e1434036041774-640x191-1.jpg\" alt=\"841\" width=\"640\" height=\"191\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sunday June 7 saw the conclusion of the Italian Single Class Championship which has been ongoing in Ferrara since May 30.<\/p>\n<p>The 46 pilots competing for the title were helped by very good weather, the winner being Larian Gliding Club member <strong>Ricardo Brigliadori<\/strong> flying an 18mASG 29, scoring 4,978 points, beating runner up <strong>Giorgio Galetto<\/strong> from AEC Bolzano in the 18m Ventus2CXA into second place by 13 points.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-4872\" src=\"https:\/\/acao.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/1019-e1434036104919-640x371-1.jpg\" alt=\"1019\" width=\"640\" height=\"371\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Third place was taken by <strong>David Schiavotto<\/strong> of Aero Club Adele Orsi and the Venetian Alps Aero Club in the ASG 29E with 4,951 points.<\/p>\n<p>Fourth and fifth places were taken by ACAO\u2019s Peter Hartmann in his ASG 29E and <strong>Luca De Marchi<\/strong> in the Ventus 2 AX with 4,852 and 4,798 respectively.<br \/>\nDuring the same period women pilots have been flying in the <strong>Fly-Pink 2015<\/strong> competition with 10 pilots attending from Italy, UK, Germany, Hungary and Russia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-4877\" src=\"https:\/\/acao.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/1010-e1434036464915-640x307-1.jpg\" alt=\"1010\" width=\"640\" height=\"307\" \/><strong>Elizabeth Sparrow (UK)<\/strong> won the competition gaining 4.649 points in her Standard Cirrus, Second place on the podium was ACAO president <strong>Margot Aquaderni<\/strong>, brilliantly defending our club colours in her Ventus 2AX.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The club flag was also defended in the Vintage Race by <strong>Poletti Franco<\/strong> and <strong>Lino Pio<\/strong> who flew the Berfalke 2 to third place and <strong>Anna Dalmazzo<\/strong> and <strong>Nando Zardin<\/strong> flying with <strong>Dario Sormanni<\/strong> in the KA7.
