Stefano Ghiorzo is World Champion!

Yesterday August 15 saw the closure of the 13.5m class championship. Stefano Ghiorzo in his “Versus” was crowned World Champion for the second time. Back in 2010 Stefano reached the highest step of the podium in the 15m class in Hungary.
On this second occasion ACAO is a bit more involved as the TEAM CUP went to Italy thanks to Alberto Sironi’s excellent performance finishing 6th, only 85 points below the podium. Finally, let’s not forget the valuable contribution of Italy’s Team Captain Luciano Avanzini who has managed the two champions in exemplary fashion and whose emails highlighted the excitement of the race.
