Here is an overview of the sporting events organized by ACAO for 2026. Others will be published as soon as they are official.
Events and competitions of national interest
The Trofeo Ruggero Ancillotti, single-class handicap competition, now in its sixteenth edition, includes all flights between October 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026. The final ranking will be based on the three fastest flights made by Italian and foreign pilots on Italian territory. This year, registration for the TRA – as usual free of charge – takes place automatically when the first flight is sent to the WeGlide system
From April 12 to 18, Calcinate will host the 19th edition of SAP, as always led by Alberto Sironi and dedicated to pilots of all levels who want to grow by trying their hand at sport flying (badges, distance, and records) and/or exploration flights in the Alps.
